Abstract:

Corp genetic resources, especially wild relatives are very rich in Xinjiang. Nowadays, it has mid - term seed warehouse, which holds 57 kinds of crops seeds and nearly 20,000 copies of related scientific materials from more than 40 countries, Xinjiang and more than 20 provinces of China. It is existing many unbeneficial factors affecting crop genetic resources research, although much conservation works on crop germplasm resources have been done in Xinjiang. In this paper the status of researches on Xinjiang crop genetic resources has been reviewed, and the unbeneficial factors were also been analyzed, and suggestions on the establishing of genotypes collection and conservation system and germplasm evaluating and innovation in crops were put forward .

摘要：

新疆农作物种质资源十分丰富,尤以野生近缘种为最.目前拥有可容纳10万份作物品种资源的自然中期保存库一座,现保存有世界40多个国家和地区,我国20多个省市自治区和新疆主要农作物品种资源57种作物近2万份.近年来已开展了大量的研究工作,但还存在许多不利的影响因素,制约着新疆作物遗传资源研究的发展.本文依据新疆农作物种质资源研究现状,分析了影响发展的不利因素,提出了未来研究重点,包括资源收集、建立完整的资源保存体系、深入开展鉴定评价、进行种质创新等.
