Abstract

Abstract:

Low temperature,drought and high salinity are main abiotic stresses which have adverse effects on plant growth and crop production.It is important to study the responses of plant to environmental stresses and the molecular mechanism of abiotic stress signal transduction.Recent research indicates that both ABA-dependent and ABA-independent regulatory systems are involved in stress-responsive gene expression.For several stress inducible genes,cis-acting elements in promoter regions and the corresponding trans...

摘要：

低温、干旱、高盐作为主要的非生物环境逆境,严重影响植物的生长发育。研究植物对逆境的反应及逆境信号转导的分子机制,具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。研究表明在逆境相关基因的表达过程中,存在着ABA依赖性和ABA非依赖性调控体系。一些参与逆境信号的顺式作用元件和转录因子已被分离与鉴定。本文主要从顺式作用元件和转录因子相互作用的角度对非生物逆境信号网络作简要综述。
