Abstract:

This paper expounds the development, industry status and role of edible fungi industry in China. Based on the strategic requirement and technical principles of circular economy development, this paper focuses on analyzing the straw-edible fungi industry status and main influence factors in southeast China, including production results and efficiency, straw resources, breeding, technical integration, fungi residues usage, etc. According to the evaluation of the technical level and research progresses, the technology strategies and management proposals are put forward to develop farmland straw-edible fungi industry and efficient recycling of agricultural resources in southeast China.

摘要：

阐述了我国食用菌产业的发展概况、产业地位及其重要作用。按照发展循环经济的战略要求与技术原则,重点分析了东南地区秸秆菌业的生产成效、秸秆资源、遗传育种、技术集成、菌渣利用等现状及其主要影响因素,评价了相应的技术水平及研究进展,提出了大力发展东南地区农田秸秆菌业以及农业资源高效循环利用的技术对策与管理建议。
