Abstract

Abstract:

This article summarizes and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of intellectual property for agricultural scientific research Institutions in Zhejiang. 11 aspects ot countermeasures for carrving out intellectual property strategy were put forward to push on independent innovation of agricultural sciences and technology,which are strengthening propaganda,amplifying perfect regulations, choosing the priorit implemented field,establishing encouragement mechanism, and paying attention to property protection, information collection,talent training and international exchange, etc.

摘要：

总结分析了浙江省农业科研单位实施知识产权保护的现状和存在的问题,提出了加强宣传、健全制度、选择优先实施领域、建立激励机制和注重产权保护、信息收集、人才培养、国际交流等11项实施知识产权战略,推进农业科技自主创新的对策措施.
