Abstract:

Grasslands are one of the main ecosystems in China. It plays important ecosystem service functions. In recent years, great progress have been made in protection and construction of grassland in China, but unreasonable and overload utilization still lead to continuously degradation of grassland in some areas, which affected Chinas ecological security. In regard of supporting life on earth, protecting the ecological environment, regulating climat and maintaining biological diversity, this article expounded service function of China's grassland ecosystem, analyzed main problems in the protection work of grassland resources, and proposed relevant policy suggestions from eight aspects.

摘要：

草原是我国的主体生态系统之一,发挥着重要的服务功能。近年来,我国在草原保护建设工作中取得了很大成绩,但一些地方对草原不合理、超负荷的开发利用,仍然导致草原退化严重,影响我国生态安全。从支持地球生命、保护生态环境、调节气候和维持生物多样性等方面阐述了草原生态系统的服务功能,分析了在草原资源保护工作中存在的主要问题,并从8个方面提出了相应的对策建议。
