Abstract:

Rural informalization is playing more and more important role in infrastructure construction of urban and rural areas, in development of modern agriculture, in improvement of public service and social management in rural areas, and in raising education and culture level in rural areas, etc. Because the rural informalization in China started late and developed at low level, lots of problems appeared, such as imperfect working mechanism, weak informationbased consciousness, difficulty in full performance of informalization, etc. In order to develop informalization in rural areas, it is necessary to perfect the information-oriented mechanism, to promote the integration of all main bodies of informalization, to constantly upgrading application level of informalization technologies in rural areas, and to constantly perfect the evaluation system of informalization.

摘要：

农村信息化在城乡基础设施统筹建设、发展现代农业、提高农村公共服务和社会管理水平、提升农村地区教育文化水平等方面发挥着日益重要的作用。但是由于农村信息化在我国的起步时间晚、发展水平低,所以面临着工作机制不完善、信息化意识薄弱、信息化作用难以充分发挥等问题。要发展农村信息化,应完善信息化推进的工作机制,整合各种信息化推进主体,不断提升农村信息化的应用水平,不断完善信息化测评体系。
