Abstract:

Probiotics are live microorganisms healthy for host organism. Dozens of studies have showed that probiotics are playing important roles in human health keeping for digestive tract, immunity and cardiovascular system, etc. This paper summarizes the classification and biological characteristics of probiotics and the research progress on their functions in regulating blood lipids, reducing blood pressure and blood sugar, preventing allergy and regulating immunity. It also introduces the evaluation of probiotics capability to adhere and colonize in digestive tract, its bioactivity protection technology, and representative commercial products, hoping to provide certain helps for developing relevant research  related to probiotics.

摘要：

益生菌是对宿主健康有益的活的微生物,大量研究结果表明益生菌在消化道、免疫和心血管系统等诸多健康方面发挥了作用。综述了益生菌的分类与生物学特性,以及益生菌调节血脂、降血压、降血糖、抗过敏和调节免疫功能的研究进展,并对其黏附或定植评价、活性保护技术及代表性商业产品进行了介绍,以期为开展益生菌相关研究开发工作提供一定的帮助。
