Abstract:

Under the overall international environment, along with the continuous development of transgenic technology in agriculture, the generalization and application of transgenic crops is progressing rapidly. At the same time, its risk assessment is also gaining high attention by the human beings. The effects of transgenic crops on soil microbes are regarded as one of the most important domain in risk assessment of environment. Taking the relative studies made in last ten years as theoretic reliance, this paper outlines the effects of GM (genetically modified) plants on soil microbes and provides information for systemic evaluation on  impacts of GM plant release to soil microbial communities.

摘要：

世界大环境下，随着转基因技术在农业上的不断发展，转基因作物的推广和应用取得了很大的进展，其风险评估也受到高度重视。转基因作物对土壤微生物的影响被认为是转基因作物对环境影响领域中不可缺少的一个方面，被纳入风险评估的范围。本文将以近十年国内外已经发表相关研究为理论依据，概述了转基因作物对于土壤微生物的影响，为系统评价转基因作物释放对于土壤微生物影响研究提供相关信息。
