摘要:
发展农业绿色科技是协同推进粮食安全、生态保护和农民增收的战略支点,更是落实乡村振兴战略和农业现代化建设的必由之路。因此,有必要深入探究我国农业绿色科技发展的演进历程,基于现实逻辑客观考究我国农业绿色科技发展面临的现实困境,从实践逻辑角度系统探索我国农业绿色科技发展的推进方略:构建全链条、多层次的农业绿色科技体系;强化全周期、多维度的农业场景应用研究;完善全要素、多主体的农业绿色科技生态。以上结论为破解农业绿色转型系统性难题、培育可持续发展新动能提供了可操作的理论框架和实践样板。
