Abstract:

Shanxi province has a celebrity of minor coarse cereals base both at home and abroad. Therefore, it is the emphasized work in adjusting Shanxi agricultural structure to realize the industrialization of minor coarse cereals and promote the development of agriculture ＆ economics by taking the advantages of its natural resources. This paper analyzed the prominent problems occurring in the industrialization of minor coarse cereals and then expounded the detailed contents covering the political condition, science ＆ technology environment and its innovation, market system establishing, brand name building strategy and etc.. Its target is to contribute to promote the export of minor coarse cereals from Shanxi to the outside world and let domestic specialties to worldwide utilized natural resources.

山西在国内外享有“小杂粮王国”之称，发挥自然资源优势。实现小杂粮产业化，以此拉动农业和农村经济的发展，是山西省调整农业结构的重点内容。针对山西小杂粮产业化面临的突出问题，从产前、产中和产后多个环节进行综合分析，阐述了政策环境、科技支持与创新、市场体系建设和实施名牌战略等具体内容，旨在为促进山西小杂粮走出国门、真正成为世界性资源提供借鉴。
