Abstract:

This article argued that it is necessary for government to overcome the market failure in the modem agriculture innovation through public investment and entrance regulation for agriculture in China, In addition, unceasingly complete the mechanism of both market and policy, actively induce the behavior of main-body in the agriculture innovation, quicken up the step of China＇s modern agriculture innovation, increase agricultural production and operatiing efficience. In the end of this article, several modem agriculture innovation models were brought forward according to the orientation of different behaviors of main body.

摘要：

农业现代化关键在于确立现代农业创新的路径。本研究认为，必须通过政府适度干预，克服现代农业一体化创新过程中的市场失灵，不断完善农业一体化创新的市场和政府激励机制，积极引导现代农业一体化创新主体的行为，通过政府诱导，实现现代农业创新的制度变迁，加快我国现代农业一体化创新步伐，提高农业经济效率，带动农户增加收入，并根据创新主体的行为导向提出现代农业一体化创新的若干模式。
