Abstract:

This paper tidied up and summarized the testing methods standard for cereal elements based on the internal and external standards, including the Standardization Administration of the Peoples Republic of China (SAC), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Association of Official Analytical Chemists (AOAC) and the European Committee for Standardization (CEN). The paper also introduced the application of relevant technologies in testing elements, and prospected the orientation for future development of these testing standards.

为使从事粮食元素含量检测研究的科研人员更加清楚地了解和掌握国内外元素检测相关标准现状，对国家标准化管理委员会（SAC）、国际标准化组织（ISO）、美国公职分析化学师协会（AOAC）、欧洲标准化委员会（CEN）等涉及到粮谷中元素含量检测的食品及饲料元素检测的方法标准进行梳理和总结，介绍了相关技术在元素检测中的应用，并对检测标准的发展方向进行了展望。
