摘要：

基于C-D生产函数模型思路,运用索洛增长方程式,对陕西吴起县退耕还林后农业生产各要素的生产弹性和对技术进步的贡献率进行计算,重点分析了退耕还林政策对吴起县农业生产各要素生产力的影响,结论是吴起县的退耕还林政策既创造了生态效益,又提高了耕地的生产弹性,使其从1.204提高到12.746,实现了人与自然的和谐发展。

Abstract:

Based on C-D produdion function, the produdive elastic rate of all kinds of produdive element and the rate of contribution to technical development in agriculture are calculated by means of Solo, s method in wuqi county of Shaanxi province. The emphasis of this analysis is the effect of the policy returning to forest from cultivated land to the productive efficiency of all kinds of element, It shows the policy not only brings about ecological benefit but also enhances the productive elastic of cultivated land from 1. 204 to 12.746, realizes the harmonious development between people and nature.
